Cosmetic Artisans was founded by Victoria Hobson in 2017.
With a love of art, an eye for perfection and a desire to care for others she started in the industry aged 16 at The Yorkshire College of Beauty. Immediately growing a client base along with additional qualifications, Victoria gained a deep knowledge of the skin. Now nearly 20 years on after training with numerous scientific & luxurious brands & technology throughout her young career, Victoria specialises in permanent cosmetics and her special niche of microblading.
